Recognizing a substantial need for employee housing, we have the right mix of expertise and capital, and the desire to support the businesses and employees that drive local economic growth. 

 

We have developed a proprietary model that identifies older, well-located properties in need of

new investment capital. Of utmost importance is to engage with local zoning boards and

communities to have open and honest dialogue to bring solutions to a growing need.

 

Partnership with local employers is vital, sharing in the goal of providing clean, safe and

comfortable housing at affordable rents. Too often there is a tradeoff between cost and

decency, when there doesn't have to be.

 

We plan on leveraging the employer/landlord relationship to ensure we are good neighbors in
