Originally from Connecticut, Cape Cod Massachusetts has been a favorite destination of the Leary family for 25 years. In July 2018, a meeting with John McCarthy, the long-time Pelham House General Manager, changed the course of the resort and our business in a very meaningful way.

In November 2018, AHIP Holdings and its investors partnered with Mr. McCarthy on the purchase of a majority stake in the Pelham House Resort and subsequently the remaining fractional interests. Following a complete renovation of the hotel in the winter of 2019, we are currently building a 14,000 square foot wedding/corporate venue complete with a 5,000 square foot rooftop bar and restaurant to be called 14 Sea
Street, it’s Dennis Port home. With 400 feet of Nantucket Sound beachfront, the Pelham is an iconic destination with unmatched facilities, exemplary service, and an experience like no other place on Cape Cod.
